At Warbler Nest Premium Homestay, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. We aim to keep our cancellation and refund process as straightforward and fair as possible for all our guests while ensuring operational availability.
This policy applies to all room bookings and reservation packages made directly through our website (warbler.co), phone bookings, or direct WhatsApp reservations.
Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to scheduled check-in time (12:00 PM IST) receive a full refund (minus minimal payment gateway fees if applicable).
Cancellations made between 72 hours (3 days) and 7 days prior to check-in receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled check-in, late arrivals, or no-shows are non-refundable due to reserved room allocation.
Approved refunds will be processed using the exact same payment method used during the original transaction:
Security Deposit Return: If a refundable security deposit is collected at check-in, it will be refunded in full upon room inspection during check-out, provided no damages or missing items are reported.
Early Departures: Guests who choose to depart prior to their reserved check-out date are not eligible for a refund for the unused room nights.
Emergency / Force Majeure: In cases of natural disasters, severe floods, or government travel restrictions affecting Guwahati, Warbler Nest reserves the right to issue stay credits or full refunds on a case-by-case basis.
